They will be introduced to the very trending sport of Stand Up Paddleboarding, or SUP for short.

They can then progress onto the Silver lesson and then onto the Gold river tour in which they will learn some river craft as well as new techniques on moving water.

They will also get chance to play SUP games (if time allows) and have fun messing about on the water.

These are group lessons, however, any of the lessons can be taken as a 1 to 1 but will cost a little more  so please contact us if you’d prefer to still receive a discounted package deal lesson but with a dedicated instructor.

You don’t have to be super fit to able to Paddleboard but the sport is a very good exercise that improves, posture, core and upper body strength.

So if you really get into recreational SUP’ing then you can incorporate it into your weekly exercise routine as something a bit different to going to the Gym. You can SUP down rivers or on Canals provided you have correct training and a Canal Rivers Trust license (contact us for details of the most cost effective way to buy a license) .

The sessions  will last between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the lesson level, on one our beautiful reservoirs or lakes in the Worcestershire countryside. (This location may change due to COVID19 situation but will still be in the local area) or at our Upper Arley Location on the River Severn.

They will be taught by our fully qualified and insured ASI (Acadamy of Surf Instructors) instructors.

This is a great gift for Women, Men or Children alike and is a great way to have a dabble (or paddle) to see what this great and becoming very popular sport is all about.

SUP Gift Voucher Redemption Instructions

To redeem your Gift Voucher:

1. Please visit https://www.devineride.co.uk/dr-sup-stand-up-paddleboard-lessons/
2. Select your preferred date to book and then enter the details of each participant into the booking form.
3. Enter you voucher code into the message box at the end of the form.
4. We will validate your voucher code and reply with confirmation of your booking.
5. We will send you a further email with joining instructions.
6. Please note, this Voucher has a 6 month expiry date from when it was issued and can be redeemed within our normal SUP operating dates and times (see our website). If COVID restrictions are still in force which prevents you from booking, then we will extend the redemption period as necessary.
7. If you bought a package deal, you may use 1 of the lessons to retake a level if you feel you need to.
8. We may still be able to offer lessons at our other venues based on weather conditions and will make you aware if this is the case.
