In the unlikely event of of a data breach, you will be informed by email, telephone or letter in the first instance. Once we  have assessed the severity of any breach and we have made contact with you, we will then give you instructions on he best course of action to take in order to protect yourself.

Data Access , viewing and deletion of your personal data

You may access your data by logging into this website at any time to view and edit your data

If you wish to have your customer data removed from our systems, then you can delete your account information yourself, however, to ensure this is done 100%, please email us by using the contact us page, after you deleted your account to inform us of your intentions.

If you would like a copy of any data we hold for you, please email us with a request and we will make the information downloadable in a simple format.

Data retention

We hold your data for up to 6 years for accounting and UK tax legislation unless you request to have it removed, however external accounts data will still be retained for HMRC.
